• The total amount is due no later than 48 hours before the date of the session/event. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel your session or place at the event if payment is not made within the specified time and the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation
• If you change your mind and wish to cancel your session or place at the, you can do this by writing to us at info@livingbeyondmind
• If you cancel 14 days (or more) before the session/event, you will be given the option to reschedule or to receive a refund. If we have incurred any reasonable costs, the money already paid may not be refundable.
• If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, the deposit and any money you have paid will not be refundable.
• If due to exceptional circumstances, your practitioner needs to cancel a session/event, you will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative date will be provided.

• Although healing modalities have great benefits, results are dependant on a number of factors including, but not limited to your commitment to the session/event, participation, existing health conditions.

• In order to experience the full benefits of the session/event, we ask that you do not record the session/event.

• In order to experience the full benefits of the session/event, it is advisable not to drink alcohol or consume any illegal drugs for at least 48 hours before the start of the session/event.
• Living Beyond Mind does not claim to heal, treat or cure any health conditions and you must continue to take any prescribed medication throughout the entire duration of the session.
• You must inform us of any health conditions you have which may impact on your ability to participate in the session/event.
